Who handles your data

What data we collect
- The data you enter in the quote form: name, email, phone number, dates of stay, number of guests, chosen apartment and any notes you write.
- The data you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- The technical browsing data every website receives (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited), used only to run the site and keep it secure.
Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your request, send you a quote and, if you decide to book, manage your stay. The legal basis is your own request: these are pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
If your request does not become a booking, we keep your data for no longer than 24 months, so that we can answer any further questions, and then delete it. If you book, we keep the necessary data for the period required by tax and tourism laws.
Who else sees it
Your data stays with us. It is processed on our behalf only by the providers needed to run the site and the email: the provider of the web space hosting the site and Google, which manages the mailbox that receives the requests. Google may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This site uses very few:

The WhatsApp, Facebook, TripAdvisor and Google Maps buttons are simple links: those services' cookies only arrive if you open them, and follow their own privacy rules.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format (Art. 15-22 GDPR). Just write to ischia2db@gmail.com. If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your own country.
